The Shrine Auditorium parking lot is located at 700 W. 32nd Street in Los Angeles, just north of the University of Southern California campus; and the administrative offices (mailing address) are at 649 W. Jefferson.

From the 101
(San Fernando Valley/Hollywood Freeway):

101 East
110 South
Exit on Exposition Blvd, go straight.
Turn right on Figueroa.
Left on 32nd St.  (Shrine 1 1/2 blocks on left side)

From the 10
(East and Westbound, Santa Monica Freeway)

Exit Hoover, go south.
Turn left on 32nd Street.
(Shrine 1 1/2 blocks on right side)

From the 110  (North Harbor Freeway)

Exit Adams Left turn

Turn Left on Figueroa

Turn Right on 32nd St.  (Shrine 1 1/2 blocks on left side)

From the 110  (South Harbor Freeway)

Exit Exposition Blvd right turn .
Turn right on Figueroa.
Turn left on 32nd St. (Shrine 1 1/2 blocks on left side)
