How do I get information about coming events?
You can refer to our events page or sign up for the Shrine’s mailing list with info@shrineauditorium.com.

How do I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased day of show at the Shrine’s box office (unless they are sold out), or at ticketmaster.com. Ticketmaster can also be contacted as 213-480-3232

What facilities do you have to accommodate people with disabilities or special needs?
The Shrine is fully handicap accessible and can accommodate with handicap seating on main level, elevators and ramps.

What is your policy on late seating?
Late visitors will be held in the lobby until the next commercial break during taped performances. There is no policy for late seating for concerts.

Do you have a coat check area?
Coat checks are pre arranged per promoter

Can I take pictures during the show?
House policy requires no uses of cameras in the Shrine.

Can I bring my own food and drink into the theatre?
No food or drink is allowed from outside the theater. The Shrine provides concessions inside the lobby.

Do you have a lost and found?
Yes please call our direct line at 213-748-5116, leave your name, number and the item you lost.
